Since 2014, Find Your CM has entrusted projects to community managers and social media managers chosen for their talent and their genuine affinity with each client's world.
The network is selective. Our CMs and SMMs often hold degrees from top universities, have a PhD or bring ten years of experience. All of them know their industry inside out and hold themselves to high standards in writing and visuals.
Joining the network gives you access to projects that match your background and interests, with no prospecting. Clients come to you qualified, scoped and briefed by the agency. They range from large corporations to startups, mainly in Paris and France, sometimes abroad (Italy, Spain, UK, US). Some projects are fully remote.
You are supported throughout the project by a leadership team that is demanding on quality, approachable and attentive day to day, and you build your skills on our methods and tools, AI included. Collaborations often last, with the agency and with its clients.

- If your profile matches our current needs, we'll get in touch to get to know you, then run a simple selection process (a project brief, a test post and a short motivation paragraph).
- Once selected, you receive project offers that match your profile and interests.
